Kraft Corrugated Materials & Structure
Kraft mailer boxes can be produced with different corrugated board and kraft liner combinations according to the box size, packed product and shipping requirements. E-flute and B-flute are common options, but the suitable board construction should be selected together with the product weight, fragility, box dimensions and required presentation.
The self-locking mailer structure can be supplied with custom dimensions, and inserts can be added when the product requires additional positioning or separation inside the box. Final material, flute and structure should be confirmed according to the actual project rather than selected by paper thickness alone.
Printing on Natural Kraft
Natural brown kraft provides a colored background for printing, so printed colors can appear different from the same artwork printed on white board. Black or white ink can create a clear contrast, while CMYK or Pantone colors should be reviewed together with the selected kraft material and printing method.
Before bulk production, confirm the artwork, ink or color references, kraft material and expected printed appearance on an approved sample or print proof.
